But how do we keep the momentum going when life happens, we get exhausted or when we feel like giving up? Set a small goal that feels very attainable, when we start small it allows us to build momentum. It also starts to train our minds that this isn’t so out of reach, That small push can be built into our daily habits and routines. And once we get that ball rolling, we become more confident and confidence has the capacity to yield results. You will more likely keep that new habit or routine going.
